Each subscription allows for only one connection. If multiple connections are used, your subscription and IP may be suspended without refund.
3. Services and Content
Services provided by Zverox, such as web development, mobile app development, and other digital solutions, are subject to change, update, or removal at any time without prior notice.
Zverox has no control over third-party content or services provided and cannot guarantee uptime, availability, or specific functionality.
4. Unacceptable Usage Behavior
Zverox does not allow any form of re-streaming, redistribution, or unauthorized use of the content or services provided. Violating this will result in immediate suspension or termination of your subscription and access.
5. Refund Guarantee
Zverox offers a 7-day full refund policy for certain services if you are unsatisfied with our offerings. The refund policy is valid only within the first 7 days of purchase. Custom or bespoke services may not be eligible for a refund.
6. Service Quality
Due to the nature of digital services, such as web and app development, there may be factors like network issues, hosting limitations, or updates that affect the quality or availability of services.
Zverox strives to provide high-quality services, but we cannot guarantee 100% uptime or the absence of technical issues.
7. Account Sharing
Sharing or distributing your account information, subscription, or access to any services provided by Zverox is prohibited and may result in immediate termination of services.
8. Unsupported Countries
Our services are available globally, as long as your ISP is not blocking access to the services provided by Zverox.
9. Data Usage Charges
You are responsible for any data charges or internet fees incurred while using our services. Please check with your Internet Service Provider for details about your data charges.
10. Information Provided
All information provided to Zverox must be accurate and complete. You must be the rightful owner or authorized to use the payment method used for purchasing our services.
11. Adjustments to Terms & Conditions
Zverox reserves the right to modify or adjust these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. All changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
12. Pricing and Promotions
Services and pricing provided by Zverox are subject to change at any time without prior notice.
Discounts and promotions may occur, but services purchased before a promotional offer cannot be refunded to take advantage of the promotion.
13. Custom or Bespoke Services
For custom or bespoke services (e.g., custom website or app development), timelines, pricing, and other terms will be discussed on a case-by-case basis. A formal contract will be provided outlining the specific terms for such projects.
14. Suspension and Downtime
Zverox reserves the right to suspend or disable services at any time. You agree to potential downtime during server maintenance, updates, or other technical issues. We will not inform users of downtime in advance.
15. Termination and Breach of Terms
Zverox reserves the right to immediately terminate or limit your access to services if we determine that you have violated any of the terms of this agreement.
Violations include breaching laws, engaging in fraudulent activities, or misuse of services and content provided by Zverox.
16. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, logos, and content on this site, including Zverox’s proprietary images and text, are the property of Zverox. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any of the intellectual property without permission.
17. Language of Agreement
All communication, including these Terms and Conditions and any future correspondence, will be in English.
By subscribing to Zverox’s services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms and Conditions and agree to be bound by them.
